It’s frustrating not to get a timely response from Adalo’s helpdesk, especially when it’s about something important like a refund or credit. In situations like these, it can help to follow up by trying alternative contact methods—like messaging through their social media channels or reaching out via any customer forums they may have. Sometimes, these extra nudges can get their attention faster.
If there’s still no response, you could consider contacting your payment provider to see if they can assist with the refund. Hopefully, Adalo gets back to you soon and resolves the issue smoothly
