No response from Adalo helpdesk re refund/credit

Hi All,

I have reached out numerous times via the Adalo ticket system trying to get assistance from Adalo in getting a refund/credit.

There is no phone number to call.

Can anyone recommend another way to get in contact with the Adalo Team? Its been over a month and still no response.

This is weird since in the present, they reply really quick! :muscle: Did they still didn’t replied you?

Dunit–I’m James, CEO of Adalo. Making my way through forum posts where we may have missed support tickets because we switched support software (we churned from Hubspot). For a period of time, all our responses were going to spam due to a domain issue.
