Very slow Adalo response time

you can’t take your anger out on me, i just said my experience, that’s all. you did it all. I worked today and yesterday on some apps and everything was ok. Now, seeing everyone complaining, what should I tell you? adalo sucks? haven’t they improved this aspect? nothing would change

Be objective about the situation. It is common sense to understand when over hundreds of people complaining about something, it cannot be an isolated issue such as their personal laptop/device.

It has nothing do to with anger. You can’t just tell them “get a better laptop” when it won’t resolve their issue.
You don’t have say anything if you don’t know the issue nor the solution. Just don’t mislead people.

Yeah this is not a device problem.

All, there’s definitely an issue on the server side. No matter what PC you have, it’s never like this. Maybe for a short period of time. I have contacted the Adalo team directly to find out what’s going on. I’ll post here once I hear. Please note Adalo experts, and Community Leaders do not work for Adalo, we just help out.

My clients are complaining that the published apps and pwa are working VERY BADLY and VERY slow… we need a solution

You only read what you want to read because I have never said such a thing, I have only reported my experience, and said that this slowness is definitely not just a server problem, the whole editor must be lightened and it has been so since 2019.
And if it’s easy for you to point the finger at whoever wrote Expert under the name, that’s another matter. I do not work for adalo and nor do I know what they do behind the scenes, I report my experience and help users build apps, that’s all.

What was your intention then by sharing this “personal experience” of yours ?

If it’s not to tell them that the issue might be their personal laptop/device ? By telling them is not server related ?

Like I said previously be Objective, it’s not about you or me, it’s about everyone.

We can all read between lines and understand you are preaching on having a better device and the issue will go away. As result, many people replied to you saying it’s not a device issue. Just because this what people understood from your comment.

It doesn’t matter if you work for Adalo, if you are an expert or you are the President. When you are wrong, you are wrong. People don’t care about your “title”

Let’s keep it civil and respectful in our interactions with each other, please.

ALL: We are investigating the issue that is causing slowness in the editor and apps. We’re hoping to get this resolved soon. Please check the status page to stay up to date: https://status.adalo.com/

Better laptop and a higher monthly plan is the solution.

-Based on my experience.

I’ll try to be polite in answering you since jesse otherwise pulls out the hammer. I do not question the fact that it is a serious problem and that everyone wants a solution as soon as possible. I was just trying to calm things down by saying that the editor has always been slow, especially on modest PCs. I was wrong to say that maybe it wasn’t a server problem, but there is no need to go crazy like that, I don’t care, the title doesn’t prove my experience here, that said I hope you solve all the problems with the editor and your Apps

I don’t know why you keep bringing the “Title” stuff.

I challenged you based on what you said, it was absolutely wrong and misleading.

It had nothing to do with your “title”, color, gender or wtv

2020 Macbook Pro. The editor has been having issues & running slow the past few weeks. Today, nearly broken. It would be great if this is not an issue tomorrow. I’m raising a 300k seed round and meeting with a VC tomorrow. You guys do have my empathy. As a bot builder, I can tell you in the early days of ManyChat the app crashed at least twice a month ongoing for nearly a year.

I don’t want to continue the discussion. keep complaining here, maybe they do faster to solve the problem

EXTREMELY SLLOOOOWWW today… Somethings definitely wrong with the service.

Haha I’ll do that!

Of course you don’t want to continue this discussion. It’s hard to see people are not that naive, that people can refute your nonsense. It’s hard to admit you are wrong. All you did is trying to deflect all this by saying I’m attacking you personally because of your title and not because of what you said. (sad)

Keep sharing your personal experience, it’s so helpful to us.

Maybe Adalo would work on solving issues if there weren’t people like you blaming us. Saying the problem comes from our end and not an Adalo issue.

My user app is running better — maybe a fix has been pushed? Let me know how it’s working on your end!

Please stop telling the fake, you did it all. Never said the problem wasn’t adalo, never said it was an user hardware problem. I just said that adalo has always worked badly on modest PCs (is that wrong?). I implied that maybe it wasn’t a server problem, but then I corrected myself. You continued to attack me bringing zero respect, you can not say that it is not true. also you continued to say nonsense even after closing the discussion, unnecessarily inciting the hatred of the people who read this post towards me. This is not good for me, so either you go back to being polite or you don’t even deserve an answer from me anymore.
Good evening

Keep playing the victim.

I’m making sure people are not content with your answer and making sure they don’t follow your advice as it’s misleading.

We were all able to read between lines. As a result, not only me, but many replied to you by saying this is not a “personal device issue” as this is what you were preaching.

So again, stop saying me me me and be objective about the situation. Have ownership, admit your mistake and move on. Stop playing the victim.

There’s nothing more disrespectful than what you are doing. People are facing an issue, are expecting answers and you are here telling them “oh maybe get a better laptop”.

“Never said the problem wasn’t adalo, never said it was an user hardware problem”

Everyone understood like I did and replied to your nonsense by saying it’s not a personal device performance issue. Take time to scroll up and read.

But again, it’s easier to play the victim.

I understand your feelings are hurt because I did put you on the spot because you were wrong. You could’ve admit you were wrong and move on. Instead, you are still here without any actual arguments but sophistries and playing the victim.

As you can see, the first message is from January 4th, when there weren’t the same problems of the last two days.
Therefore totally in focus.
In the second message I said a final devilry but then I corrected myself.
It’s not about playing the victim, it’s about putting a person in a bad light for petty things and totally nosense how you are doing. I live calm anyway, don’t worry.
You are making it a matter of state and continue, for me it was already over. You really like disrespect, which I never did. Maybe you have nothing better to do, I really wish you a peaceful evening

" Maybe you have nothing better to do"

Back at it again with another sophistry.

It’s sad that you are not able to refute, your only recourse is sophistry. You are doing exactly what you are saying I’m doing. How ironic.

At some point in life you need to have dignity and ownership.
